Tucked away in a quiet corner of the community, you'll enjoy the peace and quiet of this recently renovated first floor, single-level corner unit. Mid-century touches and that classic Palm Springs style evoke a fun yet tasteful energy throughout. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king size bed and unique decor. The primary bedroom has a fully stocked en suite bath with a tub and shower and plenty of room to spread out and neatly store your belongings. The second bedroom is served by the hall bath with a comfortable shower stocked with toiletries. Both bedrooms access a covered west-facing patio with views of the community greenbelt and the grand San Jacinto Mountains just beyond downtown. Or you might choose to enjoy your morning coffee on the second covered patio, surrounded by greenery. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for a relaxing desert vacation with plenty of room to enjoy family time around the dining table that seats six. The living room has a leather sofa and reading chair, with a smart TV that broadcasts cable channels or where you can access your own streaming accounts. (Each bedroom is also equipped with smart TVs.) In the event you need to work during your stay with us, the second bedroom has an office nook with desk and office chair. Speedy wifi throughout! For your convenience, the unit is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room just off the kitchen.
As our guest, you will have access to two heated community pools, a community hot tub, as well as a tennis court. We even have a portable pickleball net and accessories that transform the community tennis court into a pickleball court. While the location of our condo is walkable to everything in downtown Palm Springs, you may still decide to bring your own vehicle or rent one locally. In that case, you'll have access to one designated, covered parking spot. Guests may also bring a second vehicle, which can be parked in any of the plentiful, non-designated parking spots. The community is well-maintained, safe, and quiet. Fully gated, with private security, you can feel confident leaving your vehicle while you explore the area and enjoy the nightlife. And, don't worry! We'll give you plenty of recommendations for restaurants, sites, and things to do in our welcome information.
City of Palm Springs Short Term Rental Permit ID #5205. Per City regulations, occupancy is limited to 4 adults plus 2 children under 12 years of age. No exceptions. However, the unit has 2 king beds and one queen pull-out sofa bed. Maximum occupancy does not mean ideal occupancy. Please be certain that the bed configuration is workable for your party prior to booking. Seven (7) day minimum stay is required by HOA by-laws. No events or parties. Please respect our lovely neighbors. City of Palm Springs requires responsible party to be over the age of 25, to present a copy of photo ID prior to arrival, and to sign local rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of booking with no refund. Guests must agree to Good Neighbor Policies including no audible music to be heard outside unit. Noise violations can result in fines of $500 and immediate cancellation with no refund.
